What is the MMCCA?

MMCCA stands for The Mississippi Municipal Clerks and Tax Collectors Association. Tax Collectors are defined as those Municipal Clerks who also serve in the capacity of tax collector for his or her respective municipalities or towns.  The object of the association is to provide a forum for the discussion of problems common to the office of the Municipal Clerks and Tax Collectors for the Municipalities of this State and to seek the solution thereof through the exchange of ideas and experiences; to promote the general welfare of MS municipalities; and to upgrade the benefits, welfare, and standards of the individual members.
