We did not link the web-based information to our home page, as it contains only law school information and there was really no easy way to link your data to that website. We realize that this information is late coming to you, so register as soon as you can and we can worry about invoicing and payments later. We just want you there!!

Accommodations

Hotel Information
The host venue and hotel is HOLIDAY INN SOUTHAVEN.  There are other options available to you (two are listed below, but an internet search reveals MANY possibilities in the area). Be aware that this is the only hotel at which  a "block rate" has been established for you.

Reservations

Call the hotel direct at 662-349-0444 and tell them you are with "OLE MISS" or use the unique booking code UOM. You will be required to hold the room with a credit card.  If you wish to get your room tax-exempt, make arrangements directly with the hotel.  They are likely to want payment by city check or city-issued credit card.

Room rate:  KING or DOUBLE QUEEN - $119/night, plus local sales tax and occupancy taxes.  Rooms will be held until 2/27/19, after which date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released.

NOTE:  The rate at Holiday Inn Southaven includes breakfast for  up to two individuals per room. In addition, a coffee and tea service will be provided in the meeting room.

Both of these hotels are close to our host hotel and offer competitive rack rates. Again, however, there are no official block at either property at this time.
